No referral is necessary! You can book directly with us. We're a cash-pay practice, so you don't need insurance authorization to get started.

Please bring a valid ID, a list of current medications, and any relevant medical records or imaging results. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing.

Initial consultation, exam, and treatment typically take 20-30 minutes. Follow-up regular sessions are about 10-20 minutes depending on the services provided.

We don't accept insurance, which allows us to keep our prices affordable and typically below copay and deductible costs. Our transparent pricing means you know exactly what you'll pay, with no surprise bills.

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another patient who may need care.

We offer prepaid packages with sessions as low as $30 each. A popular option is 4 sessions for as low as $99 with prepaid. These packages provide significant savings and are a great way to experience our comprehensive ChiroStretch care.
